Hello.

If the performance of the Guarantee obligations by the Contractor involves interference with the appliances being the subject of a guarantee granted by or maintenance agreements concluded with third parties, the Contractor shall perform the Guarantee obligations under the material supervision of the guarantor or an authorised maintenance technician of these appliances.

In my opnion, "involves interference with the appliances" means "entails tampering with the appliances" or "involves tinkering with the appliances" or "involves meddling with the appliances".

In other words, "involves interference with the appliances" is tantamount to taking unlawful actions aimed at repairing the appliances".

What do you think?

Thank you.

I think you really need to consult a lawyer with appropriate specialties to answer these questions.

<Not a lawyer>
"Interference with the appliance" would only be unlawful (voiding the guarantee) if the person fixing it does not do so under the "material supervision of the guarantor or an authorised maintenance technician". That's how I read it.
I agree with the interpretation of "interference with the appliance".
