I would reverse the sentence and use "is".

I would say:
  • The way, the truth, and the light is God.
In the above sentence, The way, the truth, and the light are all viewed as one thing.

P.S. Like Mike, I would start the sentence, "God is...."

Technically, no. Note Subject-Verb agreement:

1. All things: the way, the truth, and the light are God.
=> plural things = plural are

2. God is all things: the way, the truth and the light.
=> singular God = singular is

Also,

3. The way, the truth, and the light are all things God.
