Is it ok to say " She is liked by everyone". Or should I just say everyone likes her?

"She is liked by all who know her."
This is the way it would be phrased if somebody was, say, talking to a group of people as in a speech or (with past tense 'was liked') as in a eulogy.
"She is liked by everybody". Again, it has a 'formal' sense to it.
"Oh, everybody likes Susie." is casual, colloquial.
