Hello everyone
I'd like to ask which form (be or is) I should use in the following sentence:
Before selecting candidates for an open position it is necessary to discuss in detail all issues so everything is absolutely clear for me and the section/department head.
It's a phrase by a recruitment section specialist.
I'm not sure which phrase is correct in this case -- to discuss in detail all issues so everything is absolutely clear or so everything be absolutely clear.
