I'd like to ask if the following sentence is grammatically correct:

Systematic character of teaching basic professional skills to employees required changes to be included in the existing programs of Soft Skills trainings oriented to the specific character of their professional activity.

And this systematic character of teaching basic professional skills required making changes in the existing programs of these Soft Skills trainings. And these changes are oriented on the peculiarities (specific character) of the professional activity of the employees.
