is there any differences in meaning between the two following sentences:

1- where do you want to go?

2- where do you want to go to?

The second has a dangling preposition.

Other than that, they mean basically the same.

Note my amendments above. You can use "Is there any difference ..." or "Are there any differences ..." but not "Is" with "differences". Remember to start every new sentence with a capital letter.
