This sentence is grammatically wrong? Or, it's just not good? Please.

Not actually wrong. However, it would be better phrased as "Please find an attached photograph" unless in a previous sentence the photograph has already been mentioned.

Since the message as given seems to start with that sentence, it is better to use either my phrasing, or "a" to indicate to the recipient that there is one attached to the message.
