There's nothing wrong with it grammatically but it's a rather odd thing to say. You will not be worse at what? Do you just mean you won't be a worse person than others? That's not much of an ambition.

By the way, there is no reason to post in such a large font as you did. Putting it in bold is enough.

The matter is that this piece of writing is dedicated to a person who is said to be not worse than his/her counterparts. So there might also be some alternatives about which I do need your suggestions. I would be grateful if you just help to come to the best choice.

I'd say something like "You're (every bit / just) as good as anybody/everybody else".
