I owe you money : I have an obligation to repay money that you gave to me as a loan
and
I owe all my success to you : to have something because of something or someone else

I owe my life to you : be indebted to someone for something but repayment is not really expected.

If you mean as in a promisary note (an I.O.U.), the wording would be something like, :I owe you the sum of £10.
