As per Louis advice, the total volume of his goods is around 3cbm, but it must be calculated and measured again after all the goods are packed. I think it should be ok / all right for you to add one more set steam iron together with his goods to Japan, if he agreed.

Do we need to write OK in this way? Is OK quite different from alright? And should the clause - if he agrees - be brought at... I think it should be OK/alright, if he agrees, for you to add...?
