There will be a 2% sales commission discount on all orders and a 3% spare part discount on the first order. This is a re-order; therefore 3% discount can not be applied. Please clarify. As per my understand that, the pervious shipment is followed to this way to less the discount. Is there any changed? Would you please explain it to us in more details since Amy was left our company from the end of Jan, therefore, my boss may not agreed with your new discount scheme.
