Sentence: "They need to be strong they are way too polite in addressing their rivals"
My question/doubts: What does "way too polite" means, isn't it an example of wrong usage of the word "way" ? Second, is this sentence grammatically correct in using in preposition ? Wouldn't it be better to use "when it comes to"in place of in ?
