The sentence is not quite correct. One has confidence in somebody. Therefore, you are the one person in whom I have complete confidence in protecting my daughter's welfare OR you are the one person I have complete confidence in in protecting my daugher's welfare. OR you could change the whole sentence to you are the only one /person I would entrust with protecting my daughter's welfare.
