In one of my recent exams that it's essay topic was about the influence of television programs on children, my final sentence was:

" All we can do is select what our children can see and not see "

I know there could have been better things to write, but my question Is whether this sentence is correct, or are there any errors in it?

It should end with a full stop.

Thank you for replying MR. Rover_KE, I did end the sentence with a full stop in the real exam.
But do I understand from your reply that this sentence is error free?
