I am afraid your sentences are not quite right and I will need an explanation of what you intended to say in sentences 1 and 3 before I can make any suggestions.

Here is a suggestion for 2.

2. Is there any update to the quotation following your visit to my colleague’s home?

In your first sentence does 'pcs' mean pieces? Does 'po' have a meaning or is it just a code? Is the sentence about a partially filled order? If the answer is yes, why don't the figures add up? Has an earlier partial delivery already been made?

In your third sentence are you asking for payment 'today' or for a date when they will pay?
