"What do you think available?"

Could you possibly explain in which context you want to use that phrase ? ;-)
One sentence that comes to mind would be
Do you have any rooms available this weekend?

When I talk to someone.

"A: What do you think available?
B: I think /this chair / available."

When I talk to someone.

"A: What do you think available?
B: I think /this chair / available."

You'd rather say
A: Is this seat taken ? (if you wanted to sit down)

or

A: How much is this chair? (if you wanted to buy the chair)

Maybe you should have a look there
