Could you please tell if this senyence sounds OK in English:

"All reports, papers, (and studies) have already been published at least once. See sector Publication reference in the book."

The above looks odd. Did you mean: "See the list of references in this book?"

For the word "sector", it perhaps needs to be "section"

Perhaps you wanted to say:

See the publication reference section of this book.

Basically OK except that: the words in brackets seem to have been added as an afterthought, yet you have used a listing comma after reports which suggests you have anticipated a third item in the list i.e. reports, papers and studies.

If it is a fairly unimportant item I would say:

"All reports and papers (and studies) have already been published at least once. See sector Publication reference in the book."

That way, if you deleted the bracketed text, the sentence would still make sense.

I'm not sure what you mean by the second sentence, but publication should not really have a capital initial letter.

I think the section that refers to other publications in a report, tessay, thesis etc is called a bibliography.
