Hello,
I would like to know if the following sentence is 100% correct:
And when your train arrives, I will be waiting for you.

In part 1 I use arrives because it's a trail and it reminds me of railway schedules where it's common to use Simple Present.
In part 2 I use will be because I want to connect two future moments.

Yes, it's perfect, assuming that "And ..." follows on from something relevant.
