Why do we have two prepositions? Does that mean that a punctuation mark after the first with has been omitted? Does the first sentence end after the word with that is being typed in bold?

There should not be two "with"s in the original sentence. I think MartinEnglish did the same thing I did on first reading, and only noticed one "with". I only realised there were two when I saw your question in post #3.

One "with" would be correct.

Nice catch. I missed that perhaps because the first "with" is in bold lettering.
