[Grammar] Is this setence sentence correct without the verbs ?

Sentence: "I asked a question to him which was bit uncomfortable"

Is the above sentence correct without the verbs (has, had, have) between "I__asked..." ?

You should make it "I asked him a question which was a bit uncomfortable."

Razer/Gabber: I would add ".....which was a bit uncomfortable ('for him' or 'for me')" depending on the context and who was "uncomfortable".
