Please, is this composition fine?

They have compared XP and Vista on several technical aspects and have come to the same conclusion that we all already know: Vista is really worse than XP in terms of performance but the difference is subtle for most of the PC users.
The difference can be more effectively noticed when trying to run a specific program, with a specific language, that requires extreme usage of the processor capabilities.
They finish their review with a very interesting sentence: “Every new operation system is a little bit slower that its predecessor.”.
