1.
A comment on the video game 'SUPER BOMBERMAN R' from ign.com, it says:

It’s (Not Quite) Lit
(http://www.ign.com/articles/2017/03/07/super-bomberman-r-review)

What does it mean?
Does it mean 'not good enough'?

2. At the end of the video clip (at about 02:42), what does the narrator say?

Here is what I heard:
For all of more things in Nintendo Switch, *seek the IGN.

(*) means I'm not sure about the content.

Would you please help me?
Thanks!

PS I also posted the same question on https://goo.gl/P9MCno, but all of your answers are unique to me. Hope we can discuss with each other. Thank you.

1. I'm not sure but I guess "lit" refers to a bomb. If a bomb is lit, it's about to explode - it's explosive. The "not quite" probably refers to the fact that the game falls short in the reviewer's opinion since it's very expensive for such an old game. So It's (not quite) Lit means it's a very good game but it's too expensive to be considered a must-buy.

2. For more on all things Nintendo Switch, stick with IGN.
