Hi again!

I've come across a couple of expressions which I'm not sure I understand very well:

1. It gets you after a while, doesn't it. It's like a drug.

and one more:

2. I've got no head for heights!

Could you help me with these, please?

1 It affects you even though you might not want it to, even though you might resist its effects.

2 Heights bother me.
