No. It's not clear what you're trying to say.

If one does something bad, he's punished. So I want to make this sentence:

'It happens so in these types of work'.

No, that's not good at all. It's still not clear what you want to say.

Maybe you mean

This is what happens when you...

Or maybe "Things like this/that happen in this line of work".

What is the "bad thing" and what types of work are you talking about?

Theft (other bad activities) = work

I know I am wrong and theft, robbery cannot be called "work". What should be correct sentence?

Things like this happen in this line of work.

If you do something bad (stealing, robbing, abusing etc.), you may be punished.

This (punishment) happens in these types of work (stealing, robbing, abusing etc.).

Use the suggestion in post #5

"Things like this happen in this line of work."

The line of work of someone who makes his living from stealing is indeed theft. The phrase sounds a little light-hearted or ironic in this context, but it's possible.

The second part needs to be specific.
This is what happens when you talk to strangers.
This is what happens when you buy cheap clothes.
This is what happens when you don't get enough sleep.
