Which is more natural? "bring" or "take" and "hour" and "hours"?

gz10) It is wise not to bring(take) a car during rush hour(hours).

Whether it's bring or take depends on where the speaker is standing when s/he thinks of the destination of the car journey. In BrE, we'd normally say 'the rush hour'.

Use "take." People take their cars everywhere. I can't remember ever hearing about someone "bringing" their car.
