The temperature of the world is increasing. The coldness is reducing day by day. It seems 24 degrees Celsius will be considered cold a few years from now.

Please check my sentences.

Note that the average temperature can increase without the coldness decreasing - depending on what you mean by the coldness. The maximum daily temperature could increase while the minimum decreases.

Sentence 1 and 3 are okay. Sentence 2 is grammatically correct but not logical; coldness doesn't reduce. Perhaps you mean that there are progressively fewer cold days.

A day which is considered cold is one where people shiver and may want to stay inside. 24 C days will never meet those conditions.

I mean that one day the minimum temperature we will have will be 24 C. (Is my sentence correct?)

Who do you mean by "we" in that sentence? If you're talking about the minimum temperature anywhere on the planet being 24 degrees Centigrade, then that's nonsense. If you mean that might be the lowest temperature that will be experienced by people in India, it's more possible (though still unlikely).
