Hi.

Is this sentence correct?

It seems that nowadays people have days of frantic activities. They shop at a frantic pace in shopping areas, for example.

There are two sentences. Neither is very well phrased.

The problems with the first are:

have days
days of activities
frantic activities

The problems with the second are:

shop in shopping areas
for example
