In this sentence what is the right term?

Among the good items/points cited by respondents are faster dicision-making, the ability to extend into overseas markets, and being able to delegate/dispose/deploy workforces far more flexible.

Among the good points cited by respondents are faster decision-making, the ability to extend into overseas markets, and being able to deploy workforces far more flexibly.
(I'm not sure about the plural 'workforces' which sounds odd, but this would depend on the context - otherwise, it might be better as, ..."and being able to deploy the workforce far more flexibly.)
