another hypothetical situation needing a quick response.

Further to the email received from you yesterday, I would like to bring to your attention the fact we agreed that pushing back the start date would carry no cost implication if the labour on site assembling the three plant deck AHU’s was able to take the first delivery of ductwork. With the plinths not yet formed, the chances of having labour on site seems improbable and therefore an extra visit to site will be required solely to put a lorry load of ductwork into temporary storage .

the fact that maybe doesn't strike me as very logical- if it's a fact, then where's the maybe? You could cut some of the wordiness out by replacing I would like to bring to your attention the fact we agreed with it was agreed
