That is what I heard on TV said by a native speaker. My question is:
It's not work=It does not work?
Or, it is only acceptable in spoken language?

Are you sure the person didn't say "It's not worth it."?

You need a semicolon after "right". You have two independent clauses and there is no conjunction; you can't use a comma.
