===Not a Teacher===

It could mean several things!

In what context are you using it?

Please elaborate~

Here are some lines from the movie "MEN IN BLACK" to help you understand the context:

"Hey, Bug!" Kay shouted out. But the Bug ignored him and kept lumbering toward the tower. Kay continued: "I'm talking to you, Bug! You know how many of your kind I've swatted with a newspaper?"
At that the Bug stopped and turned around. Kay had gotten to it.

Thanks.

I believe it's just "K" (not Kay).

Anyway, it means that K had succeeded in creating mental anguish in the Bug.

If you hear two people talking about you and they are not being nice, your friend may say "Oh come on. Don't let that get to you. Those two are real jerks. Their opinion doesn't matter!"

In this case, the Bug was really bothered by (he was made angry by) K's comments.
