Imaginary situation. For example a man without own occupation moved to the UK or US and he wants to get a job. He opens a newspaper and where does he have to look for a job? I mean what kind of category he belongs? Does anyone understand what I'm trying to say? If not I will try one more time.

Do you mean which section of the newspaper? He would look in the "classifieds" or the "want ads."

Some newspapers have a section called 'Situations Vacant' or 'Employment Opportunities'.

In local newspapers in the UK, there is a whole section simply entitled "Jobs". The "Jobs" section would usually be a small part of the "Classified Ads/Classifieds" section. We don't use the phrase "Want Ads" in the UK at all.
