Judging/ Judged/ To judge from (or: by) her last letter, they are having a wonderful time.

Do all the 6 phrases of 'judge' mean the same thing?

LONGMAN 4 edition, judge2:
judging by/ from: Judging from what you say in your letter, you don't sound well.
MACMILLAN also has in it the phrases of 'judging by/from'.
And I found a lot of 'to judge by's in BNC.

That's why I asked the question. Hoping you can help me further.
