" ... just sign on this piece of paper." doesn't sound right to me, the others are ok.

The most natural phrase might be "just sign here", assuming it's obvious which piece of paper is meant.

You do not need both "sign" and "your name" - it is a given that if you sign something, you will be using your name and not anyone else's
