No, it's not good. "She is the daughter of the family his father is in business with" is better. I suppose that by "keeps business with" you mean "in business with"?

Yes, I mean that. But, please, why "the daughter of" instead of "the daughter from"?

If your father's name is George, for example, you are the son of George not the son from George.

It took a while to understand the sentence, and I think that was because I'd been expecting something linking the family to his father, like this;

She is the daughter of the family with which his father is in business.

And, secondly, I just can't be sure if it is correct to use which, since it is not used for people.
