Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

"Kelly, Daniel and Tiffany were hidden in the guest room. Matt waited for Sam watching TV on the couch. At 9.10 the bell rang.

Who was watching TV?

You need a comma after 9:10 ("9.10" in BrE).

"Hidden" is possible but unlikely for your context. It would imply that somebody else hid them; that they didn't hide themselves.
