Note: It should be "Here ARE your registered details".

After "thank you for" we use the -ing ending. Another way of saying this would be "Thank you for having registered with us". There are many examples of the -ing after a preposition.

If you're going to change "we" to "he/someone's name" then you need to change "do" to "does" (3rd person singular).
