Is there a difference between:
1-He didn' t help me kindly.
and:
2-He didn't kindly help me.

To me it seems that in 1, he most probably did help, but not really in a kind manner, and in 2, he was not kind and he didn't help at all. But I think 1 can be also used to mean he didn't help at all.
He helped you kindly.3
That's not true. He didn't help me kindly. He just stood by and watched.

I would not say there is any difference between the two versions. Both are a bit awkward.

I also don't think that there should be any difference as the adverbs are put only in different place and it's also grammatically correct.

I wouldn't use them, but I would use 'Kindly help me'. ;-)
