1) I have got the job as a trainer.

2) I have got the job of a trainer

Both sentences are correct and they both mean the same thing. They mean that the man became a trainer

The second one could be ambiguous, it could mean that you have taken a particular trainer's job.

I'd like to point out that both imply you have gotten a new job. Neither is uses to say what your current job is.
