St Jerome /Hieronymus
since this part is missing which causes the subsequent infinitive construction
EGO ENIM NON SOLUM FATEOR, SED LIBERA VOCE PROFITEOR ME IN INTERPRETATIONE GRAECORUM ABSQUE SCRIPTURIS SANCTIS, UBI ETIAM VERBORUM ORDO MYSTERIUM EST

meaning
< I do not only declare, but loudly proclaim that in translating from the Greek, except for the Sacred Scriptures where even the order of the words is a mystery>
I do not translate word for word, but <the words> according to their meaning.
hope this helps. :-D
