Lease/Licence Agreement "...person for the time being entitled to the reversion immed

Hi there!

I cannot understand the last part of the following sentence:

'The Landlord' means the party named as 'landlord' in the Lease and includes the person for the time being entitled to the reversion immediately expectant on the determination of the term.

I mean the part that starts with "...person for the time being entitled to the reversion immediately expectant on the determination of the term."

Could you please explain the meaning of that section or reformulate it, if possible.

Best Regards,
Wojtek

It means the the current landlord is the one you dealing with - for the time being - and he/she is the one who is entering this agreement with you.

The landlord MAY change during your lease agreement, but not likely unless the building gets sold.
