I'm going to clean the kitchen and the bathroom tomorrow.
[the kitchen=my kitchen, the bathroom room=my bathroom]
I wonder if it is correct to leave out "the" in bold, i.e. "I'm going to clean the kitchen and bathroom tomorrow."

The house has a kitchen and a bathroom.
I wonder if it is correct to leave out "a' in bold, i.e. "The house has a kitchen and bathroom."
Thanks.
