Let bygones be bygones
.
Let be gone by gone. Are these correct and have the same meaning as "what's done is done"?

Let be gone by gone. Are these correct and have the same meaning as "what's done is done"?

The first is fine and is a well-known phrase. I have never heard the second and it doesn't make sense.
