The best way to solve the problem of the high price of oil is to buy the Russian oil company. We have not enough money but we can write a letter to the China government and tell them the important of buying the company.
First, we can solve the supply of oil in China right now because we couldn't buy the oil from anywhere else. It's too expensive to Chinese.
Second, if we meet the price of oil raising again like this time, we won't worry about having no enough oil to use.
