First of all thanks to Anglika for the correction.

But I should make it a little bit clear what I did not in my previous writing.


I was trying to inform the person that the empty case of head phones was left behind and it was found and brought back to service desk by another person.

I tried to write it againg. I would appreciate if someone checks the writing for me agian.

This is to remind you that you were rented a set of head phones from the computer centre on March 11, 2008. However, the empty case of phones was found and brought in our centre by one of our staffs. I, therefore, would like to bring your attention about returing the head phones which are due back today, March 12, 2008 by 11:59 PM.

That looks fine - three minor corrections "empty case for headphones", "brought into our", and "one of our staff".
