Can u help me to write a letter

I gave interview n they confirm me n they give me 1 month time for my old job where i m working then suddenly i got 1 more interview then again new company confirm me n 2nd one company is gud for me now i wanna write a letter to 1st one company :-(.

As I understand, you were interviewed for a job and were offered and accepted it. Later you were interviewed by another company and offered a better job. You now want to write to the first company to say you are no longer interested in their job.

Is this correct?

If so, try writing a letter saying this. We will look at it and advise you.
