Hi all,
I'd appreciate it if you could give me the right verb. We all have regret about things in the past. If Sb has bad feelings about their past but not sure why, then do thay need to 'explore', 'examine', etc. their feelings? I mean, if they want to find out why they've got such feelings, what do they need to do? ...how about "analyse" their feelings?

I need a collocation for "feelings"....Thanks.

Yes, all of the verbs you've suggested are used, especially "examine, explore".
You'll also hear "get in touch with your inner feelings", "explore your inner child", etc.
