I'm not sure of what the following in red is saying. Please explain it more easily.

When accountability is mutual, it's most often well received and can literally become a make-or-break aspect of sticking with any challenging program of life change, transformation included. I highly recommend that if you don't have an accountability partner yet, that you openly and specifically share your intentions and goals with others and make a connection with someone who's open and willing to do the same.

Thank you.

Could I paraphrase the above in red like "When two people who participate in any challenging program become accountability partners for each other, they try more to succeed in the program. It becomes a matter of success or failure"?
