Does it make sense as an idiom "to make the 7 clicks" in following sentence.

You can't expect people to take the trouble of making the 7 clicks to get to each of these episodes and pay separately for them"

Is it referring to something like following all the required and boring steps...
or must it be saying what it is saying: REALLY SEVEN CLICKS!

I suspect it means exactly what it says - you have to carry out seven steps to get the episodes downloaded.
