Is it correct to say it like this?

Exercise can make you healthy.
Or
Doing a exericse regularly is a good way to keep you healthy.

which one is more natural?

I like the 2nd one better with minor adjustment: To exercise regularly is a good way to keep you healthy.

I always don't know the difference between gerund and infinitive like inthe following sentence if I change it into '-ing'

Which is the difference between:

To exercise regularly is a good way to keep you healthy.

Which is the difference between:

Doing exercise regularly is a good way to keep you healthy. This sentence is good, but I would say 'Exercising regularly is a good way to keep you healthy.'

To exercise regularly is a good way to keep you healthy. I would never say this sentence. I don't think it is natural at all, and I doubt many native speakers would use an infinitve to start a sentence like this.

If we have a choice between using an infinitive or a gerund, choose gerund to describe something actually happens or has happened, to look at the present or the past, to make suggestion, to state something considered factual. Based on the above, the –ing form ‘Doing exercise …’ is preferred over the infinitive form.

I’ve to agree with 2006 'Exercising regularly…’ is preferred over ‘Doing exercise …’.

We do start a lot of sentences with infinitive and I quote:

‘To err is human.’
‘To respect our parents is our duty.’
‘To find fault is easy.’

I will also quote a colleague directly who was talking about stop smoking the other day, “To quit smoking is the first thing I’ll do in the New Year.”
